Babaneuri Winery
Babaneuri Winery is located in the village of Babaneuri, Akhmeta district. Its history began in 2004, when the Idoidze family purchased the first land in the village, on a slope where today, vineyards, a boutique hotel, and a wine cellar have been cultivated across an area of 15.5 hectares.
Babaneuri Winery is distinguished by its 12 hectares of vineyards, which produce the winery’s unique natural wines using the traditional method. Guests have the opportunity to not only taste these wines but also observe the processes of their creation.
This is a place where authentic Georgian culture, the tranquility of nature, and Georgian hospitality come together, making your visit unforgettable.
The winery produces five types of wine:
- Kisi – Qvevri
- Mtsvane – Qvevri
- Rkatsiteli – Qvevri
- Saperavi – Qvevri
- Ambori – Qvevri, red, semi-sweet
