Partnership for Success: 'Women in Wine Industry' and EUGBC

27/04/2019

The Women in Wine Industry (WIWI) Association is proud to be an honorary member of the EU–Georgia Business Council (EUGBC) and maintains an active and collaborative relationship with the organization.

One notable outcome of this partnership is the feature article published in EUGBCBUSINESS LINE magazine, which spotlighted the work and achievements of WIWI members. The article played a key role in raising awareness of the association within the wider business community.

Another significant milestone in this cooperation was the exhibition held on April 27, 2016, at the Parliament Library of Georgia, where WIWI members presented their wines and related products. The event welcomed representatives of the diplomatic corps, the European Parliament, and other distinguished guests, further amplifying the visibility of Georgian women in the wine sector.

This collaboration continues to serve as an important platform for promoting Georgian women winemakers internationally, showcasing their contributions to the wine industry and fostering meaningful connections across borders.
