The family winery Chateau Demi is located in the village of Brotseula, Martkopi Municipality. The founder, Guliko Panchulidze—an extraordinary woman—has been producing organic wine with her husband since 2015, following the methods of the Natural Wine Association. The winery’s vineyards are family-owned and cultivated with great care.
