Georgian Women Winemakers Beyond Borders - Krakow
05/12/2023On December 3–4, 2023, an exhibition showcasing the wines of Georgian women winemakers was held in Tbilisi as part of the project “Georgian Women Winemakers Beyond Borders.”
The event was organized by the Women in Wine Industry Association (WIWI) in collaboration with Lile (Poland), founded by Keti Frangulashvili, and supported by the National Wine Agency and GMT Natural Wine Boutique.
Members of WIWI participated in the exhibition, presenting their wines to an enthusiastic audience of local wine experts, industry professionals, connoisseurs, and guests interested in Georgia’s unique winemaking heritage.
The exhibition provided a valuable platform to spotlight the
talent and craftsmanship of Georgian women winemakers, while strengthening
cross-border connections and celebrating the evolving role of women in the
global wine industry.
