"Women in Wine Industry" Association Successfully Represented Georgia in Bordeaux and Paris

29/11/2024

The Women in Wine Industry Association (WIWI) continues its mission to champion Georgian wine on the global stage. From November 26–28, the Association proudly represented Georgia at Vinitech-Sifel 2024, an international wine and viticulture exhibition held in Bordeaux. This prestigious platform offered Georgian women winemakers a valuable opportunity to present their wines to an international audience of experts, distributors, and enthusiasts.

Following the exhibition, WIWI hosted an exclusive wine tasting on November 29 at the Georgian restaurant Supra in Paris. Guests were treated to a curated selection of wines made by WIWI members, and praised the exceptional diversity and quality that defines Georgia’s wine tradition.

Together, these events reflect the growing international appeal of Georgian wine and underscore the vital role women winemakers play in shaping the future of the industry
