Brand History and Production Technology

On February 1, 2023, members of the Women in Wine Industry Association (WIWI) took part in an educational visit to the renowned Georgian company “Sarajishvili.”

The group was welcomed by David Abzianidze, Chief Technologist, and Maiko Katsitadze, Head of the Technological Department. As part of the visit, Mr. Abzianidze led a seminar titled “Brand History and Production Technology,” offering insights into the company’s heritage and unique approach to production.

Participants toured Sarajishvili’s historic facilities and storage cellars, learning about the brand’s legacy and technological innovations. The visit concluded with a tasting session featuring a selection of the company’s distinguished products.
